The Southwood Shores Homeowner Association Board is a volunteer group elected by association members. The association is presided over by a Board of Directors.

We are proud of our complex and our units. It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our complex and protect the value of our investments.

The purpose of this web site is to help share information about the Condominiums Owners Association in a timely and efficient manner for the benefit of the Membership.
